Yes, there is a one-time setup fee of KES 500 for new clients. This covers initial configuration and onboarding.
Invoices are generated on the 1st of every month. You are expected to complete payment by the 3rd to avoid any service interruptions.
If payment is not received by the 5th, your service may be temporarily disabled until the invoice is settled.
We provide multiple payment options including Paybill, Till, and Bank. Customer payments go directly to your wallet, and you settle your invoice from your collected earnings.
